Dr Redmon has been a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in the Tampa Bay area since 1984. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and the Ohio State University program in Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Redmon is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has a Certificate Added Qualification for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Redmon is also a member in good standing with the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and the Tampa Bay Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

From 1990 until 1995, Dr. Redmon served as Chairman, Division of Surgical Specialties, and Chief of Section, Plastic Surgery at University Community Hospital. In 1991 Dr. Redmon served as a Medical Consultant, Florida Department of Labor & Employment Security Compensation.
