What are your office hours?
We
are open daily Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM and Friday
8:30 AM till 3:00 PM. Dr. Redmon sees patients in consultation Monday
and Wednesday. He operates at the hospital on Tuesday and Thursday and
performs office surgeries on Friday.
Is there a fee for the consultation?
There
is a complimentary consultation session for particular cosmetic
procedures. Please contact our office to see if the procedure you are
interested in qualifies. There is a nominal fee for all other consultations.
How will I know what the fees are for the procedure
I want?
The
fees vary depending on the particular procedure you are inquiring about.
Please call our office and we will generally be able to give you an
estimate for surgery. Once you have been seen in consultation with Dr.
Redmon, one of our trained support personnel will provide you with the
final costs associated with the procedures that are tailored to you
specifically.
If my friend has surgery, do I get a discount?
Of
course we always encourage you to recommend a friend. However, this
does not affect our prices. Our fees are competitive with the surrounding
area. Remember that small differences in fees may represent significant
differences in quality and safety.
Will I get to see results of surgeries Dr. Redmon
has performed?
We
have many before and after photographs representative of the procedures
that Dr. Redmon performs.
When is payment for my surgery due?
For
our patients benefit, to ensure and hold your specified surgery date,
payment is due two weeks prior to surgery.
What method of payments do you accept?
For
your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover/Novus. Financing
is also an available option.
Do you perform surgery
in your office?
We
do an extensive amount of minor surgeries here in our office under local
anesthesia. However, surgeries that require anesthesia are performed
at a hospital or outpatient facility. Dr. Redmon prefers this type of
setting for the safety and comfort of our patients where MD anesthesia
is utilized.

Do you accept insurance?
Insurance
plans generally do cover many procedures that we perform such as skin
cancers, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, breathing problems
and port wine stains.
For the convenience of our patients we are on several
major health insurance plans. Please contact our office to see if we
are currently a participating provider on your plan. Our personnel will
then direct you with instructions that need to be met before your consultation;
such as referrals from your primary care doctor, deductibles to be met,
related medical records and/or x-rays.
